The series is about a 42 year old bachelor (Dewald Visser), who decided to get married to the love of his life. The story line is about the bachelor arranging the wedding…EVERYTHING from invites, legal aspects, clothing, jewelry, bachelor parties (clean), wedding planning, food and beverage, venue, the actual wedding day and ceremony, as well as the honeymoon. The series was very light harted and had lots of humour as the bachelor got into the world of a wedding planner, normally done by the bride.
The BBQ da Island Style series promises to be of high quality and production value. The concept is simple, travel to the most exotic locations on earth, and BBQ various dishes, with the locals. Food and produce will be sourced from local markets, as well as collected from the ocean. The series will have some serious adventure element to it, as the presenter will search for food in the ocean by diving and fishing.
In this series we will show viewers various dishes that can be prepared by hunters in the field/bush on the BBQ. This is one of the first hunting programs with a complete outdoor cooking segment, produced for international broadcasters. The BBQ segment will be about 25% of the program, where the rest will still be about the hunting destination (ranch/lodge), the hunt, the animal and the gear.

This 85 episode series was South Africa’s first and only golf travel program. Presenter and keen golfer, Dewald Visser, travelled the world playing some of the best courses in Las Vegas, Australia, Malaysia, Mauritius, Scotland, Ireland, Zimbabwe, Botswana as well as all the top courses in lovely South Africa.
RAT RACE MEDIA produced a 13 episode quad biking series called Ratquad for Supersport. Ratquad, South Africa’s first dedicated quad biking program showcased the latest in quad bike technology while enjoying some great outrides with sporting celebrities such as Rob Louw, Alfie Cox, Sarel van der Merwe, Robbie Fleck and sailor John Martin.
This was also South Africa’s first reality TV series. 16 Well known celebrities ( Frank Opperman, Ferdinand Rabie, Michelle Garforth, Vanessa Carrera etc ) were dressed up in skins and sent to the bush for a week to survive. They had to build a camp, make fire caveman style and catch their own food, all while fending off wild animals during their stay at a well-known Game Reserve in Limpopo.
This 13 episode series focussed on the way things are meant to be. Sponsored by Pilsner Urquell and presented by Egoli star Dean Slater, the series showed the lifestyle of the ultimate man. In every episode Dean was taught different skills from catching a 77kg Tuna, diving with sharks, getting advance driving lessons in a Porsche, to organising the perfect dinner party.

RAT RACE MEDIA filmed and produced a 13 episode series for client Pernod Ricard. This series was filmed in the UK and the team visited world famous distilleries like Jameson, Chivas Regal, Glen Grant, Bushmills and many more. This travel log program also focussed on more than just whiskey and the main tourism attractions of Scotland and Ireland featured in the series.
